These terms of use are governed by the laws of Las Vegas, Clark County and the state of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction and in the courts of the above mentioned districts. The terms of use are subject to change without notice.

Let Loose Vegas is an independent company that provides destination management, promotions and event planning services. Let Loose Vegas (letloosevegas.com) will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any actions of its clients or third party constituents.

All guests utilizing our services must always carry a proper valid ID regardless of age. The legal age for all club and casino events in the state of Nevada is 21. Guests who are not in proper dress code or who fail to provide a legal form of ID are not entitled to a refund. Please contact us with any questions regarding specific details at each venue.

Your payment for any services acts as an agreement that you have read and understand these terms of use.


Cancellation & Refunds:

Please note: These policies differ from the Flight & Hotel booking policies

Cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the time of reservation; if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the reservation time there is a 20% cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the reservation time, the charge is 100% non-refundable as we have already prepaid your reservation in full. Cancellations and refunds on certain holidays and special events are not available. Please review your contract for specific details.

If in the event LLV cannot provide the services indicated on your contract, all monies will be refunded and we will assume no liability for any incidentals. Prepaid deposits are non refundable but may be credited towards alternate purchases. If your party is more than forty-five minutes late for a reservation it will be treated as a cancellation. If any member of your party is denied access or asked to leave an event due to misconduct or unlawful behavior they will not be granted a refund. This includes guests who are not in proper dress code, guests considered to be too intoxicated by the venue or those who fail to provide a legal form of ID.
